My passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies and find balance in a world that often feels overwhelming. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to live with stress, tension, or health challenges that seem to hold you back. That’s why my work is rooted in nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and holistic practices that gently guide you back to a state of ease and strength.
Through Functional Flow sessions, we’ll combine breathwork, somatic practices, and restorative movement to help you release tension, restore mobility, and build resilience from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected — with tools you can carry into your daily life.
