Rina Jensen
Experience informed Coach

Helping women feel seen and understood is my goal every day. I understand the journey of self-discovery and the power of truly understanding your body. This is why my work is based on an experience informed approach, which recognizes that all of our past experiences have a powerful influence on our health, beliefs, and behaviors. ​ I’ll guide you through a gentle, yet profound process to uncover and transform what’s holding you back, whether it’s related to health or just a feeling of being “stuck.” You will walk away from our sessions with the confidence and tools to take control of your health and make the profound, lasting changes you’re looking for. ​ My promise to you is a judgment-free space where you will feel the relief of finally being understood, and the confidence that you can create the life you’ve always wanted. ​ When I’m not helping women like you, I’m usually snuggling with my pitbulls, Zoe & Alvin, adding glitter to anything I can, and planning my next trip. ​ Let's get rid of what's not serving you!

Holistic Practioner

My passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies and find balance in a world that often feels overwhelming. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to live with stress, tension, or health challenges that seem to hold you back. That’s why my work is rooted in nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and holistic practices that gently guide you back to a state of ease and strength. Through Functional Flow sessions, we’ll combine breathwork, somatic practices, and restorative movement to help you release tension, restore mobility, and build resilience from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected — with tools you can carry into your daily life. My promise to you is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to slow down, breathe, and come home to your body. Together, we’ll create lasting shifts that ripple through every part of your life — from your energy and focus to your relationships and overall well-being. When I’m not teaching or working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying time with my husband and two kids, playing pickleball, hiking outdoors, or daydreaming about our next family adventure.
